All book sales and collections items are FINAL and RETURNS will not be accepted.

 

SHIPPING within USA and International

Items purchased are shipped within 2 to 3 business days via UPS or USPS, it depends on the distance and type of address. Anything custom ordered will take up to 7 to 10 days to be shipped. Email will be send once items are shipped with tracking information.

 

CANCELLATIONS of consultation services

To cancel a consultation, please email us at gasijaofficial@gmail.com immediately or within 24 hours of purchase, as we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order. Once your refund has been approved, you can expect a confirmation email detailing the transaction within 2 to 3 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please let us know and we will assist you as soon as we can.

 

Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment. You should see a transaction for the return posted on your card within 3 to 5 business days of the refund being processed.

 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS for any items ordered

 

If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, please email us immediately at gasijaofficial@gmail.com with your order number and updated shipping address as soon as possible. We’re unable to make any changes to your order once it’s been shipped out.
