When you purchase something from the store or sign up for a consultation services, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Any credit card information is voided automatically after a purchase.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about journal posting, upcoming events, new product collections and other updates about the authors news.

The collections store and consultations is hosted on Wix e-commerce. They provide us with the online product/service platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Shipping/Returns/Cancellations

All  book sales and collections items are FINAL and RETURNS will not be accepted.
SHIPPING within USA and International 
Items purchased are shipped within 2-3 business days via UPS or USPS, it depends on the distance and type of address. Anything custom ordered will take up to 7-10 days to be shipped. Email will be send once items are shipped with tracking information.

CANCELLATIONS of consultation services 
To cancel a consultation, please email us at gasijaofficial@gmail.com (gasijaofficial@gmail.com)immediately or within 24 hours of purchase, as we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order. Once your refund has been processed you can expect a confirmation email detailing the transaction in the next 2-3 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please let us know and we will assist you as soon as we can.

Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment. You should see a transaction for the return posted on your card within 3-5 business days of the refund being processed.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS for any items ordered

If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, please email us at gasijaofficial@gmail.com (gasijaofficial@gmail.com)with your order number and updated shipping address as soon as possible. We’re unable to make any changes to your order once it’s been shipped out.
