All  book sales and collections items are FINAL and RETURNS will not be accepted.
SHIPPING within USA and International 
Items purchased are shipped within 2-3 business days via UPS or USPS, it depends on the distance and type of address. Anything custom ordered will take up to 7-10 days to be shipped. Email will be send once items are shipped with tracking information.

CANCELLATIONS of consultation services 
To cancel a consultation, please email us at gasijaofficial@gmail.com (gasijaofficial@gmail.com)immediately or within 24 hours of purchase, as we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order. Once your refund has been processed you can expect a confirmation email detailing the transaction in the next 2-3 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please let us know and we will assist you as soon as we can.

Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment. You should see a transaction for the return posted on your card within 3-5 business days of the refund being processed.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS for any items ordered
